Michel Bousquet
Azimuth #1
Total add-ons:
Michel Bousquet participated in the Living in Châteauneuf le Rouge exhibition in 2018 by creating a 9m2 living workshop in the Macarteum museum, which he lived in and photographed for a month (Workshop#1). The workshop becomes a workplace and a device. A space that is both a tool and a subject. Subsequently he invested and moved into other workshops: in Aix en Provence during a residency (Atelier#3), in Paris in the former workshop of Georges Braque, Villa de Guelma (Atelier#2) now in Sète ( Workshop#4)… His experiences make him notice a sort of possibility of work appearing from place (of living and working) to place, in the spaces that are created. Obviously this work partly disappears during moves. But there are still traces, images.
