Often, the photographer questions the strange uncertainty of reality. For the “Canal” series, the artist questions this contemporary medium. With her screenshots, freeze frames of a dizzying flow of information, she blurs the lines and questions the properties of this propaganda channel for dominant values. His portraits are taken from documentaries, erotic films, fiction films...they present our popular icons disgraced by our broadcast media: beings with blurred contours and monstrous morphology. The luminous distortion of these familiar shadows induces a specific aesthetic universe fueled by questions specific to media coverage and resemblance which remain relevant, even in the era of full HD...
